My youngest daughter tested positive yesterday. Knocked me out of work for a little while. Rest of the family getting tested in the morning. I work 3rds, so staring at the walls at 2am. I've felt bad the last 2 days. Just figured it was 3rd shift kicking my butt. Lost a buddy/ex co-worker to the China Flu in late December. Regardless of the test results tomorrow, I'm really hoping that Omicron is as reported, just a cold. I guess we're gonna find out.

I just got over it man you are going to be fine. I had fever for about 3 days and sore throat. Take Alka seltzer cold and flu and it will knock the fever out

Yeah. My daughter feels ok now after 24 hrs. Omicron doesn't seem bad at all. It's the dang disruption of regular life that will suck.

My whole family of four tested positive yesterday slim. I had the chills last night, but drinking coffee right now and don’t feel too bad. Rest of the family just cough and headache, no fever. Hope y’all have a similar experience

It’s more than a cold. I’m fighting it right now. More like a flu. I ain’t getting in the woods right now for sure.

Daughter got it last Sunday. I been good except last night. Woke up 1:43 with chills and went and got on couch. I still have chills but still no fever. Will let today play out and see what happens.

Wife and son have it now, along with him having the flu also. Been a tiring week! Good thing is they have both began to get feeling better.

Stephen tested positive Monday Austin Wednesday. So far me and the wife haven’t shown symptoms. Kind of crazy since we are going about life pretty much normally

It’s not very bad for most and definitely not for healthy kids.

You'll be alright. I just got over it. Wife had it, but our 17 mo old daughter was unphased.

I'm just stuck with a dry cough...hard to sit in the woods without making noise from it.

I took:

1. Theraflu drink mixes (am/pm)
2. Zicam
3. Vitamin c
4. Advil/Tylenol alternating

Yep looks like ground zero down here again, folks masking up, and schools going back virtual until the 24th for staffing issues. Even the great Dr. Foostick said the other day everyone (vaccinated and unvaccinated) will be affected by it eventually 😏 Anyways, hope y'all get to feeling better........

Most everyone I know has had it within the last two weeks, or currently has it.

We all (me, the wife, and 2 daughters) just got over it...no fever for me, just body aches, chills, fatigue, and a nagging cough. Wife and daughters all had fever, body aches, fatigue, chills, and cough. Wife was the worst and she had a slight case of pneumonia also

My wife has it also now. Sucks because her Aunt she hasn't seen in 24 years is coming this evening to visit. On the plus side she is vegan so I'm kinda happy I don't have to meet her 😄

This flavor of the virus is highly contagious but folks are surviving it as it is mainly upper respiratory symptoms vs lower. The previous strains were killing a lot of the 50+, obese, diabetic crowd.

My hairdresser told me this morning that her husband and son both had it and it was nothing more than a cold.

My wife just tested positive on an at home kit. I’ve started the ivermectin 5 day treatment again. That and some zinc, D3 and the usual 1 or 2 oranges a day.

Me, my wife and other daughter got tested this morning. We're all negative. My youngest daughter feels fine now. She felt bad for about 24 hours and ran a 100.8 fever. Weird.
