Buncha DWBs out piddlin in Choc with rifles at night lighting up on folks game cams. They did have orange on though. I don’t think that 700 BDL is suitable for coon hunting, I could be wrong though.

They had a rifle hunt there Saturday and Sunday.... had a muzzleloader hunt all last week.

Probably just someone looking for a deer

That would be a perfectly logical explanation

Come on, this is Alabama we are talking about. The perfectly logical explanation is that they were, illegally deer hunting at night.

You know, if someone was needing food and was actually on hard times I’d hold the light while they shot if that’s what it took. It seems like if you were actually starving theirs places to get fed. If you are out chasing a night owl 8 point to add to your wall though, to hell with you, quit fuckin up everyone else’s legal efforts.

Sounds like the sheriff, game warden, and maybe ATF should be getting in on that. Folks probably loose their guns and trucks, especially it being on a public use area.

Nah, the one toting the gun will get a $250 fine, if they even bother to catch and prosecute, and they will be right back at it by the following weekend. Like i said, it’s Alabama.

I would rather legally kill a deer, pay to have it processed, and donate the meat to anyone in need.
