Good jobs may be open. I’m hearing lots of employees saying (I’ll quit ….They ain’t testing or getting the shot). May be a few nice toys for sale.

I moved everything to cash 2 hours ago. If it doesnt tank, I can always wade back in over the next few weeks. These exec orders will be overturned by the Supreme Court but that may take a little while and this might just be what spooks the market bad enough for that big correction that they've been saying we are due for.

Jobs with Big companies that are willing to roll over will be open. Jobs with smaller firms that have a backbone will be filling up fast.

I've been advertising a job for weeks. Just needing someone to help wash dogs for $100 bucks day. Can't get any takers. It's getting ridiculous.

I'm betting it'll be way more than they are counting on. The ones that still have not gotten the vax in all walks of life, this long after the rollout and delta spike, are pretty well entrenched in their views and thoughts on the vaccine, as evidenced on just this site.

I’ll take a test every week. Won’t take the vaccine.

Got a pile of exemption papers filled out. The most interesting I printed
was a form to hand to HR saying that they acknowledge that if the
vaccine harms me they can be liable.

The look on their faces will be priceless. Probably won’t work but may
stall them till the SC rules.

It’s going to be interesting.

This Mandate is unconstitutional.

Hot damn maybe I can finally find some good employees. The only thing I’ll mandate is the new hire has to buy the beer a couple times a week

I work for a very large company, 70-80k employees around the world. Best job I’ve ever had but I’m prepared to leave it and all the benefits over it. I have a high demand skill set and experience that will allow me to go to work as soon as I want depending on which situation I choose. I feel fortunate because I know a lot of folks don’t have that luxury and will be faced with tough choices. I don’t blame them if they choose to take it or not to take it, everyone’s situation is different. They deserve to make their own choice.

There's jobs everywhere now. I understand if someone takes the shot to support their family.
Guys supporting our Country have to take it and a lot do not want to but it comes with the territory.

They can fire you if the company requires the vaccine BUT it's already decided that unemployment won't be paid.
The reason in writing is a good idea though

Yes it’s not for unemployment but in writing even if they give it some pretty language may come in handy.
