Dayum! What’s the total weight? And break it down if you don’t mind. I just ordered some 3 blade non vented VPA Broadheads.

Is this your specialty setup for bigger stuff, or just your everyday arrow for deer?

Why the extra weight on the back of the arrow?

Every day arrow for deer and hogs. Just wanted to give a heavy setup a try.

Those single bevel broadheads wil cut a spiral shaped wound channel thru whatever you shoot. Really cool using physics to your advantage. Nice setup Coosa1. Now it’s time to go stick one.

I just wanted to try it out and see how they fly. Even with the extra fletching and wrap I'm still at like 20% FOC

Nice set up man!

I fooled around with some as well.
30.25” arrow to nock
300 spin GT Hunter XT
100 grain brass insert
150 grain broad head(still undecided)

Total weight is around 550.

I love the looks of wraps and lighted nocks. But once I learned it took about 25 grains up front to offset 5 grains in the rear, I ditched them.

Good luck this season.

Now that I did not know. But like I said this is my first go at this so I’m learning as I go and will probably end up adjusting some things.

Nice. They'll punch a hole. I thought about more weight but the 463gr I'm shooting is enough for me

Honestly I could have gone a lot lighter but grizzly stik hyped up their 650gr package so much that I just had to try it lol. I can always remove the inserts and take weights off if I need to.

Did you have any issues with bonding the vanes to the wrap? I've decided to add wraps this year but can't get a good bond so far on these Max hunters, even using the aae max bond glue
