Yes. The hunter Ed is a national program recognized by every state.
There are "some" public hunting areas who require additional instruction, like military bases, but the basic hunter ed meets all state requirements.

yup - back in the day, when i got my Texas license, they honored my AL hunters ed cert ... hunted Fort Hood which thankfully didn't require add't instruction - but i did have to register my truck & guns
