Here's the deal... My Friend has a desktop computer that she wanted to give to another friend of hers but wanted all of her stuff off of it... well, I go to one of our systems engineers here at work and he gives me a "wipe clean" drive disk.. and I ran it.. Well, it cleaned the hard drive allright.. took the O/S completely off of it and now I can't get the thing to run the XP reinstallation disk... she's pi$$ed, I'm frustrated that it won't work.. and I have until wednesday evening to get this thing working again.. any ideas??

What do you mean by it won't run the intall disk?
Do you have an original copy of the software?
What errors are you receiving?
Been here long enough to go from "bring 'da pain" to " bring 'da pain meds.
