BrotherTurtle OP 8 point Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 1,779 Hokes Bluff, AL	A couple of weeks ago, someone pain at this number it's stuck this pink flag in the ground on the side of highway 278 in front of my house. I have not seen this marking anywhere else on the highway. I have seen a couple of them on Highway 431 near Glencoe. Does anyone know what these markers or for?
