It came on a rifle that I bought two years ago and has been in my safe not being used. I would like to just give it to you and you can post pictures of the deer you kill with it. It's a nice scope and I hope you enjoy it. Bart.

Wow! Thanks Bamabart for restoring some of my faith in the folks on this site. I've never met you but I've met over 100 folks on this site and made some life long friends and I hope to meet you one day. That's a wonderful gesture!

I had a leupold on my ruger and never could get that dang thing to shoot right. I was at my families sporting good store on day 5-6 years ago and dad had a Bushnell on sale for $88 so I bought it took it out and set it and 8 nice bucks and a dozen or more does later it's still dead on. I've not messed with it since I set it that day. Guys make fun of my "cheap" scope but I've not missed a deer with it and that's all that counts.
Finally deported myself from the peoples republik of Kaliforkistan.

I found a Swift 3x9x40 at Optics Planet last year for just a little over $100 (with free shipping). It is a very good scope and from several folks I've heard that Swift has an excellent customer service department.
Didn't see BamaBart's offer before I typed in response. There really are some great folks on this site. Hope that scope works out well for you. Bushnell makes some good products.
