Mine really likes the straight 7’s. Good luck finding any. I found some of the 1 1/8 loads and they just dont compare with the 1 1/2.
Why federal would take one load out of production when the other isnt ready to go is beyond me and seems like a huge money loss on their part this spring.

what about hevi 13 straight 7's i just found where i can get all i want for $18 a box You'll get varying responses here because the Fed Heavyweights have a density of around 15 g/cc opposed to the Hevi's being around 12.5-13g/cc.... but for a 12ga 3.5in, out of my old MB 835, I love the Hevi-13 #7s... no experience with a 20ga but it should kill anything you point it at within 40yds.
