Huntress is right. File a report. I had an ex that was sprayed roach crazy, and she had an app that allowed her to text me from a new number after I had blocked hers.. I’m talking within minutes of blocking a number I’d get another text from some random number (not even the same area code) asking why I blocked her. Once I threatend police involvement she backed off. There are all sorts of crazy apps out there. I figure you can handle business if you need to, but going the legal route is the best way to go about this. Can’t get on aldeer if you are in the pokey.. just saying.

A friend of mine's wife left him and changed phone numbers but not provider and somehow he started getting included on the texts between now ex and her boyfriend. He really didn't want to see the details as he was pretty broke up about it but it was funny when she shat a brick after denying it until faced with the evidence. She promptly got a new provider. That is what the girlfriend should do first. If it still continues then he is violating Alabama law and should be prosecuted.

More than likely. They are sharing a cloud account or play store. Have her check the settings and shut them down. They will automatically back up anything on your phone. But also if you are sharing a account one can see what the other doing. Me and the wife shared a account for a week. We had to get separate accounts. Every time one of us got a text the other got it also. My boss about killed me when his wife started asking him questions. Our wives worked together. Lol

If she uses apple products and he got the iPad in the breakup, her iMessages could still be going to the iPad or Mac

Do you and she have an I phone? If so he sees every text she sends or receives to anyone else with an iPhone he can view them all on any device she has logged into before like and iPad. Tell her to get a new phone and Apple id

This happened to a buddy of mine. They split up and she got the iPad and all his text messages went to it as well as his phone. My iPad does the same thing with my phone as they share the same iTunes account.

Like others have said, if it's an iPhone he has her messages going to his phone or computer. She just needs to change her Apple ID password or call apple and change her Apple ID altogether.

She has an iPhone but I have a droid. She changed her Apple id and password last night and it hasn't happened since so maybe that's what it was.
