Anybody know of a good place to “buy” some pork fat. I need 20 -25 pounds of fat for some sausage.

Use cheap bacon, cheaper the better. It makes awesome sausage.

Off topic...but aren't too many things better than a good fatty bite of a fried pork chop...that sectin whee the tenederloin meets the bone in a "tbone" chope? MMMMMMM good. Or in the dark outside bark of a smoked pork shoulder....dang fine. Bacon is obviously on the list.

I use bacon ends on breakfast sausage but I am making Italian and Brats and it does better with straight fat to get to the 20% mark>
