While I was home for Thanksgiving, I grabbed one of dad's old Duxbak chamois shirts in woodland camo that I would conservatively guess being 40 years old. Many a great memory with my dad while he was in that shirt. I would guess that shirt hasn't been worn in 15-20 years. I plan to kill a deer while wearing it and then put it up, probably never to be worn again.
Ya'll are just overthinking it now

A Bear Take Down recurve bow I bought new in 1969, have killed a deer nearly every year with it. 48 years worth.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Surprised nobody has said Rifle. Mine would be my grandfathers original realtree button up. Circa 86-87 ish
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I have my 1st shotgun, Winchester single barrel 12 gauge bought at TG&Y back in 69. I have a pair of old fleece duxbak pants in brown trebark camo that I still wear. They're indestructible.
I came, I saw, so I killed them all......Vern

I have a camo down coat I bought from Cabelas in 1979 I still wear. It was about 50 bucks back then, which was fairly expensive. It is one of the warmest coats I own. Killed a ton of deer wearing it. Still got a lot of life in it.

I got an 85 Model 7 but I just got it this year. Got my old brown camo man purse out of closet this year. Using it as my tree stand bag.

I have my uncles carhart camo coveralls that he wore deer hunting that I wear when it gets real cold. He died in 99 and is the one person that got me into hunting. Im not sure exactly how long he had them before he passed away. My dad was never into hunting so I learned from my uncle.

Ok, gun model 88 Winchester that was my dads that he gave me when I was 12ish. My dad held onto it for me while I was in the service and I got it back this summer. I will be using it again. Oh and it is a pre 64.

I have a set of rattling antlers that i made from two different bucks killed in 1980. i have rattled in many deer with this set.
Funny thing i thought I had lost them last season and someone at my club said they thought they had found two sheds side by side. picked them up and they were attached with leather shoestring. squirrels had chewed on them a bit but still sound good. thankful to have them back

A pair of rocky boots I bought in 96. I had a duxback jacket and some 10X bibbs I got in 95 but lost them about a month ago when my parents house caught fire.

By far my oldest is my pair of Polar Fleece gloves in original Treebark camo. I've been wearing them every season since 1988 and they don't even have any holes in them.

I have my great uncle's Lynch box call, it's more than 50 years old. Not sure exactly how old, really.
