I have actually seen a study on this. In the formative toddler years, girls cooperate better than boys. Somewhere during adolescence they swap. Men work and cooperate better and women bicker and talk about and judge each other.
I actually had a woman tell me that a department full of women will work better if a man is in charge.

I'd believe it. It's totally non-PC, but it kinda makes sense. If a woman was in charge, they'd try to claw her down.

The department I run is made up of all women and there are no issues, one of the most efficient departments in our company. I've worked for a woman before...  I guess it all depends on the one you're working for, I'm sure there are some good women bosses out there.

My wife manages a dept. full of women and will be the first to tell you that women are a p.i.a to have working for you if there is not a male in the bunch.She has had men working there at different times through the years and she says that at those times it was most peaceful.Women are very competitive and jealous.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
