Glue traps will not catch and hold a crow. Go to the dollar store and buy you a swimming noodle. Cut it in half and insert a row of bird spikes sticking out the noodle and then screw it to your window sill or wherever the crows are landing. Google bird spikes if you don't know what they look like. You can make an effective one for less than $5. I like to use blow gun darts as spikes just to drive home the message.
