It is aluminum and comes with the drop down bar as well. I think it is about 19lbs and about 6 yrs old, or newer, I don't remember exactly when I got it. It has the normal scratches on it from being used and I added some tape here and there for noise. It has the upgraded safety pins as well. Looking for $175

I am in deep south LA, but I would be willing to meet someone within about a 45 min drive. Shoot me a pm
