I have a small hunting lease in Lamar county. There is a neighbor just down the road who owns a pack of beagles and lets them run loose 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Almost every time we hunt we are either listening to them chase deer or rabbits off our land.I have caught some of these dogs and all have had his name tag on their collar. Several times !I visited this fellow and asked him to please put his dogs up at least when he isn't rabbit hunting and during deer season. He says he will but never does . Our land is leased from Weyerhaeuser so I asked them what to do. They said to talk to GW or LEO and let them handle it. I guess this is my only option because L am not gonna kill a dog for doing what he's born to do.. What would you guys do? Thanks, Johnny

Somebody culled a big part of his pack the year before we leased it. He said he is still rebuilding his pack. He is a hard headed jerk who don't give a dam about nuttin but his dogs but only really hunts in Feb. he is a real tool!

I know they are good at tracking us to our stands,and then booger barking till we climb down and run them off. We have killed a few deer in front of them in the past but it's not very much fun to hunt for hours only to see a swamp rabbit and 12 beagles puttin them in the next county.
