It has some knicks on the outside from this season but the glass is flawless. Excellent low light scope with the illuminated #4 reticle. It isn't possible to buy better for the money. ALMODUX 10 point Joined: Jul 2012 Posts: 3,021 Marshall County	Check out Nikon Coyote 4.5-14x40 or 3-9x40 on the lower end, or you may get find the Leupold VX3 3.5-10 or 4.5-14, used, in that range. I don't find any need for more than 8x, on my non-varmint rigs, and run .308s to 600 & 1000, with no more than 10x, in most cases. Deer and hogs at 300 & further, is no problem at 6x. It is easier to judge deer at higher mag, but I like to do that with binos/spotters, IF time allows.

Thinking about upgrading.
