I don't know, I'm trying to figure out when Copenhagen was 27 cents a can.

Round ‘bout there

At least the early 1980s if not earlier.

It was over $.50 a can when I was dipping in the late '70s early '80s, as I recall. I'd guess early '70s

Ok, I called U.S. Smokeless Tobacco. I got the answer that "they couldn't be sure what year Copenhagen would have been 27 cents a can, because tobacco prices are regulated by each individual state." So, I know we have some long time dippers on here, what's the cheapest you ever remember it being?

I started dipping in 1984 and it was 90 cents a can then. I'm gonna guess they would be from the early 70's.

Send em a picture of the label and they might be able to tell you the age based on the way the logo looks.

I'm not old enough to remember but I would guess 60's prior to the inflation of the 70's.

I bought my first can in 1963 for $.29 a can so it was probably 1962

I had much rather be tried by twelve than carried to my grave by six!!!!
