Just putting it out, JIC: 1-3 50s-70 age prior conservation and/or military types, to include a retired wildlife biologist. We have worked/developed hunting properties in the past for various hunting uses and conservation projects, from deer to waterfowl to upland and turkey. Our accesses have petered out somewhat due to time/life. We’re looking to find some (primarily) turkey land to hunt/work/improve. Jackson county would be NE corner of desired area, and Pickens the SW corner, to keep us in a logistical range for effort vs time. Could be 100-1500 ac, dependent on $/effort vs game.
Not leaning on finding something here, but exposure can’t hurt.

Yep….but maybe some deer only folks can use some planting $? I can also do some predator removal, if it helps.
