For sale is an extended cab (3rd door) 1998 Chevy Silverado K1500 (4x4) Z71. There are currently 295,XXX miles on the truck. I am the second owner of the truck and have been driving it daily for 19 years and 5 months. I have a clean title on hand ready to transfer with a Bill of Sale. The AC blows cold. There is some cosmetic damage with the exterior and interior of the truck from years or use, but it is rock solid. The engine was replaced at 150K miles due to the intake manifold/gasket leaking coolant. The tires have about 50k miles on them and have been rotated regularly. Water pump and radiator were replaced about 2 years ago. The truck has marathon seat covers and a GoRhino bull bar with a rough country light bar installed.

This truck has been a tank for as long as I have owned it. I regularly use this truck to make trips of 300+ miles with absolutely zero worries. I never thought I’d see the day where I have to see this truck go, but here we are. This truck would make an excellent first time driver truck, hunting truck, or daily user.

I have the same type truck, what a workhorse for $3500. Someone could do a lot worse! I've read enough of the posts about the new trucks to know. I may be looking for a 350/3500, but I won't get rid of my 98 K1500.

Dangit. That’s my old truck that was totaled a few years ago. Loved it. Wish I had another like it. I replaced the engine at 186k miles and got hit head on shortly after. Was a great truck. This will make someone a great vehicle.
