A 250 yard perimeter around the whole place would be a lot of lost huntable property. I wouldn't pay for it if I couldn't hunt it.
Agree 100% here.... I would definitely talk with who I lease from about the lost property..... If you have 5 miles of property lines you are losing a ton of property your paying for that you can't hunt.....
