Yes, maybe so. But its bad to blame everything on one breed. I understand why this is happening. 20 years ago, it wasn't. All of the nonswimmers are getting them and breeding them to be aggressive. If they were doing it with chows it would be the same way. A vet told me one time that the only dog he did not like, was a chow. They were naturally aggressive and unpredictable.
