One time in high school my buddy was house sitting for his girlfriend's family while they were on vacation. So my buddy had all our friends over for an all night pool party. We left to get some dinner, I had my 16 year old brother drive because he was sober, I was far from it. Well, we went and got some food but we ran into my dad at a gas station, he could tell I was drunker than piss but didn't say anything about it.

Next morning, my phone rings at 6 am, I hadn't been asleep for an hour. He told me and my brother to get home cause we were gonna split wood all day. I knew my dad wanted me to admit I was hungover or try to get out of it. Well, I had too much pride for that. So we stopped at Micky D's and I ate and drank as much gatorade as I could, got home and split would nonstop until dark. I wasn't gonna let Pops win that one.
