I would rather watch college softball than mens basketball, golf, tennis, swimming, and damn near anything else except football or baseball. They are very passionate about their sport and their team, and you can tell they play for the love of the game.
The same could be said about women's basketball but I don't care to watch players who aren't as fast, can't jump as high and aren't as physically gifted as their men counterparts. I'm sure that's probably a chauvinist attitude but I just can't watch them. If my daughter ever plays I'd watch her but I would still be bored to death if I had to watch it on tv.
