I just read about the Pinson and Hembree shooting. Just judging from what I read, Pinson was the jerk and AS A SENSIBLE LEO (or former), he should have conducted himself better and shown sensible restraint. I don't think (from what I read) that Hembree threatened Pinson's life.
A litmus test of fairness and unbiased judgement is the ability to rule or make a decision about someone's action that is a family member or someone you identify with or a member of your group/organization, etc... and be able to stand up and say, "You were wrong in your actions/conduct!" It's like blacks supporting obama just because he's black or whites not supporting a man because he's black. It's not fair. IMO, Rusty Morrow is supporting Pinson just because he is a former GW or a friend and is not willing to look at the facts and make a fair judgement. One's personal standards and judgements should apply to strangers as well as friends and family members. It appears Morrow is unfairly bias.
