I've never had a deer officially scored. Which "system" do you guys like the most for scoring deer. Why?

B&C gross gives a better idea of the size of the antlers. But nets don't bother me either....
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

NETs are for fish I agree 100%.. If it's an inch or longer and he grew it, give it to him!! All net score does is pretty much penalize the deer cause he isn't perfect.. It's a joke in my opinion!!

You got a picture of the deer you are gonna have scored?  And post up the score sheet after you get it scored!

I like buckmasters, because it doesn't count inside spread, spread ain't nothin' but air, air is everywhere. Gross score , no spread.

I dont like "deductions". If the deer grew it, the deer should get credit.
SCI is the better of the systems, IMHO.

NETs are for fish B&C puts the NET in their record books. B&C does do deductions. B&C does do NET.

Yep, they do. Between discounting for deductions and fences, none of them are the perfect system. All of them do good work to preserve and protect hunting though, so there is a sliver of a silver lining. SCI works on a global level, which I think is a good thing.

NETs are for fish I agree completely! If i tell you i shot a 143 inch 9 pt, that means total score of that deer, not subtracting anything

I prefer P&Y since my biggest whitetails were all shot with a bow. I've only entered a couple of them into P&Y but the smallest one netted 156 5/8 P&Y. The larger one grossed 167 3/8 but lost 10" in deductions due to twin split brow tines. He netted 157 3/8 P&Y but sure looks more impressive than the other one I entered. That's him in the picture to the left.

I prefer P&Y since my biggest whitetails were all shot with a bow. Isn't the only difference between B&C and P&Y the weapon used to kill the deer?

The score required to make P&Y for a typical is 125 net. To make B&C it's 170 net.
