Where's all the "I'd shot him too" folks at?
Here I am...sort of. I can see both sides. I understand the law here and he was wrong. But again, if they weren't trespassing and messing with the guy's truck, he would not have shot anyone. If charges are filed, then get both parties involved, not just the home owner. It just seems like we've turned the criminals into victims and the victim into a criminal.
