I don't understand the infatuation with suppressors for deer hunting. Looks like everyone thinks their .300 mag is going to be quiet and not spook deer. There is nothing out there that is "Hollywood quiet". Even a suppressed hunting rifle is still very loud. I'll take shooting a full velocity, suppressed 308 over shooting a full velocity 308 any day. Is is silent? No. Is it generally better? Hell yes.
