Sounds like the retired GW wanted to get back in the thick of things and wanted to charge somebody for something. Maybe just to feel normal again. Did they do a gun powder residue test on any of them? I'm sure they didn't. How can you be convicted by what you have told us? Ridiculous A good lawyer should be able to get this one overturned.
