I bought a 2" rough country for my stock silverado. Haven't noticed any difference in the ride. Cost about $50-$55 to my door. I paid a tire shop to put it on for $150. The tire shop said they wouldn't install anything but rough country.
This is what I did also for a silverado 1500 I used to own. Didn't notice any difference in ride and it looked 100 times better.
