I agree !!! Alabama has got to change !! Bama could have what Illinois and Kentucky have in 5 years if they would change the bag limit ... Once u see Kentucky's wma and the green fields crp fields and standing corn and beans every where ! Makes me mad at bama .. Bankhead is horrible with there money .. What do they spend it on ..
Not gonna happen even if we had stricter buck limits. Reason #1, we don't have black topsoil 4 feet thick in the land of Cotton. As much as we want them too, all areas that whitetails range from the Atlantic to Pacific and Northwest Territories to Mexico, WILL NOT grow monster bucks with antlers to match .
I don't care about growing them that big, I just wish mine acted as dumb as their's. There will be one hunter and a camera man in a lone tree in a fencerow, monster buck walks out in a wide open field 200 yards away. They make some awful sounding grunts and ol' Hightower comes on a run, stops looks up at them then comes closer and turns for a perfect bow shot.......please!
