The Senate has it but haven't heard anything on it.
Get the F out of the BATFE. The F is guaranteed by the US Constitution. Those other letters are not.

SB 175 was a bill to remove game wardens from the Dept Of Conservation and Natural Resources and put them under the new ALEA. It would have been a monumental mistake. The bill has been withdrawn last I heard.
If it affects the environment it affects the wildlife and fishes too!
