I decided to buy a new bow this year and started with the internet researching everything about a compound . Then the reviews and knowing what I wanted having been a bow hunter for 20 + years ... I went and shot several brands and wanted to shoot an Elite but couldn't find a left handed one inside of 200 miles of me . I ended up shooting a right hand bow left handed and fell in love with it ! So I ordered one and was told 4 to 6 weeks ... It's been 4 weeks now and today I was told 4 more weeks at best ... If I was a righty I could have had one right away or ordered one and had it in 4 weeks ... I think this is worst than waiting on a women !!! Can I sue !!!! Man I'm so excited to get this new Elite !

You shouldn't shoot bassackwards then.

I'm a lefty myself. Shot a right handed bow myself for the first couple years as a young kid but when I got older I just switched to shooting right handed. Shot as a right handed shooter until this year when I got my first left handed bow. After you being a shooter for 20+ years you could just go full right handed and challenge yourself a bit. Sorry about your wait but enjoy your new bow. Just something to think about.

I'm left eye dominant .. And weak an uncoordinated with my right .. I could shoot better with my feet than right handed

I'm left eye dominant but have always shot right handed. Switching to a left hand bow since I broke my neck is out of the question. I'm a lot weaker on my left side now.

I attempted to order an Answer from them 2 years ago and they told me 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I called back and they said it would be another 8 weeks but I would be getting the next year model bow. I told them to cancel the order because I was tired of waiting.

Dang I hope I can get mine by time deer season gets here .. Really tho one more delay and I'm gonna try an obsession bow ..

Today was week number 7 and no bow yet .. One good thing is I've had plenty of time to shop for my accessories to go on my new bow !

I'm not so sure I wouldn't get my money back and go order something else. That is ridiculous. The manufacturer is putting their dealer in a heck of a hard spot. At the very least, I think I would call their customer service dept and angle for some free accessories.

Yes I've sent them some emails about this and they responded two days later .. I may call them tomorrow thanks for the advise .. I should call and complain !

When you talk to someone, I would mention something about first impressions. Most people who have a bad experience buying something will not be repeat customers. They also warn their friends. I would make sure they understand that you will tell everyone you know and post negative feedback and reviews on every web site out there. Lots of people make buying decisions based on reviews on the internet.

Normally, I try to be reasonable when dealing with these situations, but you are getting ripped. I believe I would get my money back and buy something else.

Who was it that you ordered from? Dealer...

BTW, never email on something like this. They can ignore it too easily. Call and make them answer your questions. When they shoot you a line of crap, insist on speaking to a supervisor.

I didn't call today just to dang busy ... Working 7 / 12s till mid May but I still want new bow !

I got a call today .. Elite shipped my bow and should be here next week !
