On opening day of Alabama's season I experienced one of the toughest things I've ever gone through in the turkey woods. I shot a bird and wasnt able to recover him because of a whole bunch of bad things happening all at the same time. Been absolutely sick about it and have been really beating myself up over the whole debacle. Well the good lord blessed me this morning with a beautiful two year old and the nitros didnt let this one get away.

Dr. B That is my daughter's favorite spot to deer hunt. I've got some really cool pics of the snow there. We heard the birds fly up and down most of deer season in that area. Guess I have to find another bird in the morning, my plan was to be right by our ladder before daylight.
