I find when you put this much thought and worry in it,hunting them becomes to much like work,and we are supposed to be out there to relax and enjoy ourselves.The bottom line is just go have fun,and let him decide what you need to do.I think if I had to map out,and study every bird I tried to kill,I would just quit,most of the birds I kill are birds that I just happen up on.
