So none of you guys ever snuck into your gf's house? I did and I have sons as well as a daughter. I'd hate to think that even though my sons would be in the wrong for being at his gf's house at that hour, that they could be justifiably killed just for being there.
The stories of what happened are changing. I only commented on the info that was presented and based on that, the daughter and dad were in the wrong and should face punishment both criminally and in civil court. Hey einstein, when you're trespassing into someone's home at 2am and the owner of the house has a bead on you and tells you "don't move", you don't move. He wasn't shot for "no reason". He was shot because he didn't follow a command, at gunpoint, while trespassing in another man's house.
