2004 Jayco Eagle model 12LD. Camper is in great shape and everything works as should. Camper does have heat, refrigerator, hot water heater, and a/c. All of these work great. Camper has spare tire and will include one (1) lp tank. Refrigerator will work on a/c, d/c, or lp. Heat is l/p with electric fan (a/c or d/c). Hot water heater is l/p. Interior lights will work on a/c or d/c. This unit does NOT have a porta-potti.
