Place it in a higher spot and aim it down some. That will get MOST of the waving part of the tree out of the camera's view.
On a related note, I did this on a camera site but not intenionally. I put out the corn, then realized the camera strap was JUST short of going all the way around the trunk. I had to stand on my tip toes and put it just as high as i could get.
The resulting pictures looked like the camera was 20' up the tree, instead of the 7' or so it really was. No idea why that was.
