I've killed young 3/4" spurred gobblers that acted like they were old vets and I've killed some old 1 1/2" spurred gobblers that walked down the gun barrel with all the eagerness of a jake!
Y'all can age them on the hoof all you want! I'll age mine on the tailgate!
