Ill agree with Phoenix on the bay. Lots of pools and away from the crowd. If your looking at on the beach and for a 1 to 2 bedroom go with Phoenix east. It has indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi and a kiddy pool. It in walking distance to the jetties for great fishing and it has one of the best front desk in ob. Carol is there manager and will make sure your taken care of. And you can get a basement unit. There is no view but you have your own gate to the pool.
