I got my High school diploma and never stepped foot in College, sorta regret that now. My parents tried to get me to go, but I was honest with them, I told them I would go, they would be pissing their money away, because all I would do was party and find the girls. I growed up since then.  My wife is at AU now, but started when she was 26, but there are people I went to HS with and they have been in and out of school for 10 years. Jess will be done next may and be graduated in High School History before she is 30.

I started college, but it didn't take long for me to figure out it wasn't for me. I thought I was more cut out for work I guess. I make a pretty good living now for someone without an education, but it comes with its sacrifices. I wish I woulda went to trade school and picked up a trade that would give me more options than what I currently have.

The company i used to work for sent me to lawson state for millwright classes and thats the only reason i went.

Still in college. Did my undergrad at Jacksonville State and now I'm at Auburn with two years left to go in pharmacy school.

Daniel, it is never to late. In the fall I will finish my degree in electrical technology. I do a lot of electrical work on my job so I went back to school to learn more about my trade. And I am going to be 45 this month. I will be the first in my family (2 brothers) to have a college degree. Funny thing is, I have had classes with my son. He is so smart, he helped tutor me on certain things.

I went two semesters, then started at the Fire Department so I stopped going. When I moved here and didn't get hired at any department in the area, I started back at Calhoun. I had scholarships to a lot of schools coming out of High School, but I wanted to be a Firefighter since I was young. Now, I'm about to finish Nursing school and am excited for what the future holds.

Graduated in AU college of agriculture class of 2001. I partied hard at first then after got that out of my system I realized what I was there for thank goodness!

In my opinion, college is only as good as what you major in. Lots of grads making way less than they thought. Did a year, not for me, quit and joined the Coast Guard.
Do have a Daughter in college now majoring in Biology. Same as I was.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I went for one semester back when I was 26 years old. Figured out right quick that being married, having a full time job and a newborn it was going to take me a LONG time to get that electrical engineering degree. Do I regret it? Yes, but I don't have any complaints. I've had a great job for the last 17 years and make some pretty good coin.

Well, I'm not complaining much. I mean I feel accomplished with what I have done. 29 years old in May, got a family, my own business, and 65 acres of prime land. BUT I wonder how I will feel 20 years from now, Monday thru Friday I put in 12hrs + a day. I don't mind it now, But I will one day. I do wish I would have went on and got a 2 year degree. I wouldn't mind being a Game Warden.

I have 10 years of college after highschool....about 4 of those years were useless for what I do for a living. Part of me wishes I would have gone straight into the classes I needed for my current profession, but that would have taken away 4 years of playing college baseball and having some fun.
