Homemade corndogs made from jalapeno cheese smoked sausage and home fries tonight.For desert Krispy Kreme doughnut bread pudding topped with Devils cut vanilla icecream.We hardly ever eat fried foods or deserts so decided to knock it out of the park all in one night.

4 oz tilapia filet, plain baked sweet potato....both smothered in tiger sauce. 6 triscuits, a gala apple, and a big glass of water. 506 calories...58# and counting

Well I got to cook tonight. So it hamburgers and fries and of course mac n cheese. Burgers was home grown, I added some burger seasoning, seasoning salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Fine son Fine

The pudding takes about 15 minutes to prepare and in our convection oven maybe 30 minutes to cook.Yes sir it's well worth it.

Flipping hamburger helper.  my wife and kids could live off that chit and Mac and cheese I prefer stuff that will really clog an artery.

Hamburger steak with gravy/onions,fried okra,steak fries and a salad.Had a big ole chunk of apple pie covered with vanilla ice cream for desert...I love cracker barrel

Seeing as I'm now officially old and fat I had a boneless pork chop and a plate full of asparagus (no butter). Just a bit ago I HAD to have something else so I put some peanut butter and raisins on HALF a tortilla and inhaled that thing with a lil 2%milk. I think I'll be ok till morning.
All that after 35 minutes of weight lifting.

Well sitting in the truck at the Pilot parking lot in Gaffney SC it's fried bologna sandwich and chips. Doesn't help when you're watching Dropped Project Yukon and they are eating fresh killed moose.
