I've seen Elkhunter shoot. All I can say is he has to have that joker sighted in 3ft. low at 20 yards.
As he hits (hammers) the trigger, his bow is moving up. He even has an extra long bolt screwed into the trigger hole on his release to give him extra hammering leverage.
