Get Shorty. The movie didn't do Elmore Leonards characters the justice they deserved but I liked his take on things and it was hilarious.
On the serious side I loved Boondock Saints. Billy Connolly and David Della Rocco were awesome.

and all time favorite is Goodfellas I was going to say Blow but i didnt think it qualified for a mob movie. I guess it's organized crime though. Great movie.

Check out the Sopranos. It ruined my life for about 3 months while I got 3 discs at a time from Netflix en route to watching all 86 episodes.
