How high up are you this morning? From the pics it looks like you are above 30' at least. Just curious - good luck! At least 30..... I have learned that down here the only thing that is a given is that the wind will usually blow from at least three directions if not four during one hunt. So the higher the better It's the same where I hunt too, so I'm typically at 35' if the tree allows it.

Dang mike you're covered up this morning! Yelp sure am. I knew this was a good spot just didn't realize how good. I had another small buck come by. Did not get a good look at that him either.

I'm sitting in my classroom warm and toasty teaching my students to grow up like squeaky one day. The are reading the thread with me. The said, "Coach you need to be hunting!!" I said, "that's why y'all need to be like squeaky!!" They said, "why?" I said, "cause squeaky hunts all the best spots and hunts all the time!!!" They said, " how does he get to do that?" I said, " he doesn't teach school for a living." They said, " sorry coach!!!" I said, don't be sorry!!! Just grow up like squeaky!!!" I knew I should have called in sick!!!! LOL. Good luck guys!!! Wish I was out there. Oh, squeaky? Could you send me some info on Kentucky? Thanks!!!

Hunting a little plot in the woods we call copperhead. Right on a creek with thick stuff behind me and thick stuff on top of the bottom. My brother killed a nice buck here a week ago.
