Well, I'm not your baby, I don't even know who you are. Are you scared to tell us your real name or something? If you are, and you're employed at the DCNR, that leads me to believe there are problems with your leaders that need some work. Our government is supposed to be an open government without secrets, and no one should feel threatened when they discuss problems that need to be addressed.

I wasn't talking about just WMAs.

Forever Wild lands and all other public lands have the same gun control rule. You would think we were in New York or New Jersey with all the commissioner's gun control crap.

And btw, none of the board members, dept leaders or the commissioner are chosen at the ballot box.

Regulations governing hunting and other conduct on Forever Wild Lands

N. Gunter Guy, Jr.

220-4-.15 Regulation of Certain Conduct On Lands Under State Lands Division Jurisdiction

(1) Except as otherwise authorized in writing by the Director of the State Lands Division, it shall be unlawful on any state-owned lands under the jurisdiction of the State Lands Division:

(a) To hunt, trap, use dogs, possess firearms, ...

(b) For any person to carry in or on a vehicle, any of the following: any firearms (including pistols) with ammunition in the magazine, breech or clip attached to firearms, or black powder weapons with primer, cap or flash powder in place, or cocked crossbows.

Try talking to the Governor about his appointees breaking the law, and his staff will turn it right back over
to the criminals at DCNR.
