Also, Customers,just a thought ,there lots of hunters have the home number,linc number to GWs, who have personal relationship with their local GW, how many can call a trooper at home or have that personal relationship. Some, Im sure but not near as many can go to the local GW. Are the customers still going to have that when the GWs work for the Troopers,thats who will be telling them what to do how to act and what the priority is. If you believe the priority will be Hunting, fishing or public safety, up to you to decide.
