Politicians (governors) already appoint the commissioner and the members of the Advisory Board.

Legislators are the only ones that are supposed to be writing laws according to our constitutions. The DCNR is an administrative agency in the executive branch.

What's so bad about game wardens being under the supervision of an enforcement officer instead of a lawyer?
