Sounds like you need to head south so you can start on March 15th like the rest of us.
I know what you mean though. It is a little sweeter to take a bird that you have been scouting and watching for a while.

im like a 5 year old waiting for.Christmas for the southern Tennessee season to crank up I got into a 600 acre lease that no one turkey hunts and it is plum full of turkey. Rolling hard wood ridges and pastures. Lord willing should be a blast.

I hope I get a shot at the bird in the third pic, he has a nice set of hooks on him. I had some really good pics of him on a game camera until someone decided that they needed it more than I did.
