but he wil have to prove you were deer hunting if he wants to go that ticket route. Of course dragging a dead deer would negate any defense you tried
I checked a very well known Greene Co outlaw sitting in a shooting house in Feb once. No coyote calls, no deer calls either. I knew what he was doing, he knew I knew . I did not write him any ticket but he knew from then on I was looking at his arse.
